Admission

In the event of you requiring admission, your doctor will fill out necessary forms and will sent you to admission counter.If your admission is planned, please contact the admission counter before you reach the hospital. You will be allotted a bed category of your choice if available, or you will be given an alternate category of bed and subsequently shifted to the desired category of bed.

Patient and Family Rights

  • Right to respect for personal dignity and privacy during examination, procedures and treatment.
  • Right to receive full information about his/her diagnosis, investigations, treatment plans, alternative treatments, progress and healthcare needs in an understandable language.
  • Right to refuse treatment and to seek second opinion with other doctors.
  • Right to know the identity of individuals providing service.
  • Right to be informed of the rights of patient and family.
  • Right to know the hospital rules and regulations
  • Right to access his/her clinical records
  • Right to respect any special preference, spiritual and cultural needs
  • Right to treat patient information as confidential
  • Right to know the expected cost of treatment
  • Right to complain and information on how to voice a complaint
  • Right to informed consent before anaesthesia, transfusion of blood and blood components, surgery, any invasive/ high risk procedure/treatment and initiation of any research protocol.
  • Right to protect from physical, verbal abuse or neglect.

Patients and Family Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate information about his / her health, both past and present.
  • Provide complete and accurate demographic information including phone number.
  • Comply with the visitor policies to ensure the right and comfort of all patients. Be considerate of noise levels, privacy and safety and comply with no smoking policy.
  • Treat hospital staff, other patients and visitors with courtesy and respect.
  • To be on time in case of appointments. Inform about the cancellation or rescheduling of appointment in advance.
  • Provide complete and accurate information for insurance claims.
  • To follow the prescribed treatment plan carefully and comply with the instructions given.
  • To accept the measures taken by the hospital to ensure personal privacy and confidentiality of medical records.
  • To attend follow-up appointment as requested.
  • Not to take any medications without the knowledge of Doctors/ healthcare professionals.
  • Not to give medication prescribed for him/her to others.
  • To pay bills for the services rendered in a timely manner as per the hospital policies.

Rooms:

The hospital offers a choice of Patient Rooms/Beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. All efforts are made to provide the type of room that you desire. However, in the event of non-availability of the room of your choice, you would be allotted the best alternative room available. Visitors Policy:

Visitors are set to IP patients considering the convenience of patients and visitors, adhering to the visiting policies is important.
Children below 12 years are not allowed to be in any inpatient area except under very special circumstances. You are requested to maintain silence while in the hospital.

Morning : 07:00 am to 09:00 am

Evening : 05:00 pm to 07:00 pm
